Fred Villanova having started his real estate sales career in 1989, has consistently been a top selling agent at the two companies he has been affiliated with. Fred started with Pacific Union International in 1990 and continues to be a leader and has been awarded the designation of Senior Marketing Representative and Luxury Real Estate Specialist for Christie's Great Estates, the leader in Luxury Properties
Fred, previous to his career in real estate, had been the Direct Mail Advertising and Marketing Coordinator for Macy?s California for seven years. During that time, Fred also had great success at the renovation of residential properties, gaining a hands-on perspective of the real estate industry.
As a graduate of Loyola University with a combined degree in Business and Design, Fred has the knowledge and background to provide you with a comprehensive approach to all your real estate needs.
Fred was a founding board member of the Pacific Union Community Fund. He is a past Board president of MHR Aids Support Group, Pacific Union's Agent Council, Academy of Friends and a previous member of the University of California Health Project board. Fred continues to be heavily involved with groups addressing the problems of child abuse, battered women and persons with HIV.
